When I hobbled into Dr. Shoshany’s office I could barely walk, let alone stand up straight. I had to take a taxi to his office as there was no way I was going to be able to make it all the way to the subway, let alone up and down the stairs. This was the 4th time I had experienced this extreme, debilitating, pinching pain in my lower back, the first time I was only 18.
